Health Commissioner Heather Howard Visits Atlantic City Women and Children’s Health Pavilion

Earlier in the summer of 2009, Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers (SJFMC) was pleased to host a visit at our Women’s and Children’s Health Pavilion with New Jersey Health Commissioner Heather Howard and Celeste Andriot Wood, Assistant Commissioner, Division of Family Health Services for the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services. Their visit provided SJFMC with a wonderful opportunity to showcase programs and services offered at one of our newest medical facilities. Particular focus was directed toward interventions SJFMC has put into place to improve infant mortality outcomes in its targeted communities.
