Thank you for supporting our mission and attending and/or sponsoring Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers’ 45^th Anniversary Sapphire Gala and fundraiser.

This year the proceeds raised will be used to support our uninsured patients.  Because of your benevolence, many patients without insurance will be able to obtain needed health care, prescriptions, and medications.  We sincerely appreciate your generous support of our mission and patient programs.
